REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to Deliver: If Margo Data is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service or product due to unforeseen circumstances attributable to us.

  • Service Cancellation: If a client cancels a project or service before any substantial work has begun.

  • Non-Conformance: If the delivered service does not align with the scope or specifications outlined in the signed agreement or proposal.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Payments made for completed services that meet agreed-upon standards and scope.

  • Services involving consultation, custom development, or digital marketing efforts already rendered.

  • Third-party charges incurred during the delivery of services (e.g., hosting, software licensing, or domain registration fees).

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at contact@margodata.com with your name, contact details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.

  2. Assessment: Margo Data will review your request within 7 business days of receipt.

  3. Resolution: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

 

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Refunds will only be considered if the request is submitted within 15 days of service delivery or project initiation (whichever is earlier).

  • The client must provide evidence supporting the claim, such as discrepancies between agreed deliverables and the final service/product.

  • Refunds will be proportional to the amount of work completed at the time of the cancellation or issue.

 

5. Termination or Breach of Contract

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The client terminates the contract without valid reasons or breaches the terms outlined in the agreement.

  • Delays or issues arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Margo Data’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question. We will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Margo Data reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
